These Terms govern your use of Farm ("the Service"), which helps creators automate publishing their own videos to social media accounts they connect. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Farm helps you publish and automate the distribution of your own videos to social media accounts you connect. When you connect and authorize an account (such as TikTok), Farm uploads and posts your videos to that account on your behalf, using the title, description and privacy settings you configure.
You may only connect accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You authorize Farm to publish your generated content to the accounts you connect, and you can revoke that authorization at any time through the Service or through the connected platform's settings. Farm never posts to any account you have not explicitly connected and enabled.
You retain ownership of the content you publish through Farm. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with all applicable laws and with the terms and community guidelines of any platform you publish to (including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines).
You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or that violates the rules of any connected platform. We may suspend access that breaches these Terms.
Publishing relies on third-party APIs (such as the TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies, and their availability is outside our control.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms or discontinue the Service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time.
